I give one star, because that is the only way I can leave a review. We arrived at BWWs around 1:00 pm on a Wednesday. We were seated & soon after the waitress, Payton, approached & asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered & got our drinks in a timely fashion. We then placed our order for food. We each ordered 3 different kinds of traditional hot wings. I asked Payton, do these come with celery & blue cheese, to which she answered yes. Another 25 minutes passed & she finally came back & we ordered another drink. After more than 45 min she brought our wings & fries out. The fries were nice & hot, wings were cold & may I add, no celeryalso she brought both blue cheese and ranch, neither of which were labeled. We immediately asked for to go boxes. We sat there for over 45 minutes to receive cold hot wingsour tab was 84.94 & we paid it. We were not looking for a free meal, just a good hot meal. Payton did not get a tip & it had nothing to do with the cold wings, but rather her lack of customer service. She was less than friendly. The only positive thing I have to say, is that Julie really did try to make it right. She offered to take our food back to the kitchen & warm it, or make us fresh wings, but after almost an hour, we were uninterested in starting over with our order. Julie did give us (2) 20.00 vouchers for our next meal, but there wont be a next time. This is the 2nd time we have wasted our money at BWWs in Florence. It is so sad to see how the workforce of today could care less about customers. Do better!!!
