I absolutely do not recommend this dealership for their service department. We had an appointment on March 24th. which we made a month and half out because that was the soonest available... fast forward three weeks AFTER our scheduled appointment and our vehicle still has not been seen or left the spot it was towed in at. This is NOT okay. If you're so short staffed as you say, do not take appointments. we pcs in June and was told chances of us having our vehicle back by then are slim to none. so not only are we out a vehicle, they have no loner cars and won't loan one unless parts are on order and now we will have to move and then make time to come back here to get our vehicle. we have been very cooperative and friendly, but this is just ridiculous.

Hope you dont expect them to keep there word or keep you updated on your order. I ordered a truck from them. I got a email from Ram about in incentive after I order the truck I was texting my sales man Chad about it while we were texting he called me so we could discuss it. Convenient so when it came time to apply it he tells me its not valid. I asked them why he lied about verifying the incentive and he denied what we talked about. Than when I spoke to the sales manager he accused me of lying and said he couldnt be sure as to what was said. My truck came in with a few chips on the door handle the fix looks like my kid took a paintbrush to it. The only communication I had during the entire time was when I called for updates. The day Chad told me my truck was going to be in and that I could come pick it up it wasnt. He never bothered to let me know till the day of when I called him. 3 weeks later it came in. Like I said if you want a dealership that doesn't keep its work this the place for you. I would would drive to another state before I gave this place my business again. I would recommend that you would as avoid this place like COVID.

I preordered my Ram 1500 with airbags, level 2 package, and night edition here at Mitchell and I can say I had a great experience. Chad was very informative with the whole process and always texted me for updates. Lets be honest, no one likes going to the car dealership and wait for hours and only get ripped off by them. I spent a total of 2 hours combine from ordering to picking up the vehicle and got exactly what I wanted. Chad even got my truck ready 10 days before the estimated pick up. I highly recommend Chad Thrash and his team and would definitely buy from Mitchell Ram again.

Daniel "Jersey" and the whole crew went beyond our expectations! Very friendly and professional service! Daniel was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and he was persistent to help us find the right vehicle for our family which was a 2018 Nissan Rogue! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
