Regions Bank - CLOSED

the bald manager at this branch just threatened me with the police because I asked to check up on the status of a 3rd party atm refund. I had 80$ stolen from me by the atm at this branch yesterday while I was depositing. They made no efforts to ensure the problem was fixed and I was threatened to never come back or police would be involved. I did not use profanity. But that bald manager wore a mask and was 2 inches from me invading my personal space and threatening violence.

Had to stand in line for 45 minutes just to cash a check. The teller was very pleasant when I finally got to her, Only 1 everyone teller working the rest are out due to quarantine precautions.

Ok just open account on the 9th of this july (4 days ago ) my pay check went in there yesterday on the 12th i go to use my debit card and it said decline. I knew there was money in there cause my 734$ paycheck just went there yesterday ! So i go to bank today and they tell me account is on a soft close So i have no gas ,food, money, no nothing, till tuesday so the ast manger that had me sign all the the papers had me sign a maintenance form and not a signature card and now imi have a frozen account with no access to to money and have a power bill due on monday .SO THIS IS NOT A GOOD WELCOME TO REGIONS BANK AT ALL AND WILL BE GOING BACK TO MY OLD BANK WELL FARGO !! IT WILL BE WORTH THE DRIVE TO WELL FARGO TO KNOW MY MONEY IS AVAILABLE AND CAN GET TO IT And NOT HAVE A MANAGER SCREW MY ACCOUNT UP . AND THEY BEST HOPE MY POWER DOESNT GET SHUT OFF ON MONDAY BECAUSE OF THERE SCREW UP.
