This location is the reason why I'm closing my account, they watch you come in and wait to be seen while sitting in the office for over a hour they don't even come out to at least tell you they'll be with you in a few they rude very rude and have no type of customer service skills. Worst bank ever.

Literally the worst bank to deal with. They dont know how to deposit a check into an accountno joke. The branch manager is useless in helping resolve any issues. My husband tried to deposit a check for the sale of our home into his account. The teller processed the check, stamped it, and then the manager came running over and said that they couldnt process it because both names were on it. I had signed it before my husband came inIm wheelchair bound and its not easy getting in and out of the house. The manager gave him a hard time for almost an hour. The check was stamped and marked up so much by their incompetent manager and employee that no other bank would touch the check. As soon as I get up there, they are going to lose a $50,000+ account for my husbands business. Do yourself a favor and use Bank Independent instead.

Called multiple times, can't even get a call back on commercial lending. Nightmare.

I am always pleased with my experiences here. It does not matter if I am being taken care of by Lisa, Heaven or Brad they are all professional and provide top notch customer service. Thank you.
