Been banking here for 20 years with probably 50 loans or more and never missed a payment. Late 1 time due to my other bank taking their time to send them money and they send me to the credit bureau for a 75 point hit to my credit. I informed the lady that called me several times.

We have been members for 10+ years. Over the last decade we have had the sincere privilege of working with Patricia Mink, the Branch Manager at the Priceville branch, on many transactions. In many instances shes gone above and beyond to assist us with quick timelines and extra details weve requested. She always comes through for us! In a few dealings weve even been offered a slightly lower rate elsewhere, but we know they dont compare to the service we always receive from Patricia. Kudos to Patricia and kudos to Family Security Credit Union for keeping the hometown feel in a world thats becoming less customer friendly everyday. Keep up the outstanding work!
