      image The stay is overall great, amazing rooms.. but the person that works over night on Thursday is so RUDE! she was so rude to my sick grandfather over nothing! She is poorly trained and needs to work on her customer service skills, The other staff is amazing! I believe her name is Kourtney she helped me very well! Also, Mrs. Anita is amazing. But that overnight lady is Awful!!!
