Nasty coffee pot obviously never cleaned and no ac?? Try to call fromt desk, they wont answer. Brought their nasty coffee pot back to them and they dont have a replacement for me! 2 nights in this hell while i deal with my daughter in the hospital no fn thank you, full refund and get outta here asap. Moved rooms and while at least this one has ac you cant sleep in it because its prob over 100db sounds like a million crickets shoved into a jar and placed over your ears. Made the mistake of walking on this carpet barefoot it feels wet!! Its 1:30 am and I may as well go buy myself some coffee and give up on trying to rest

I checked in on 2/28. My coworker booked the room but we paid separately. I gave my marriot number because its something we do at Hilton hotels all the time. The lady in the front was rude about it. She finally took my number ensuring I would get points but the reservation didnt show up on my app. I tried asking her to move it to my app and she told me she cant do that. This is some Hilton can do in 2 seconds. Now that its 5 days later I can confirm I never got the points. Ill go back to Hilton never experienced someone unwilling to help like this at there properties
