The negative reviews are accurate. Despite its convenient location, this place is dingy and poorly maintained (e.g. dirty and stained surfaces, floors, walls, and ceilings) while a musty odor pervades. This, plus a neglected bathroom with hair, broken fixtures, and lacking essentials made for an uncomfortable stay. I suggest travelers book elsewhere.

No hot water... Ice ice cold! Front desk/management made zero attempt to reimburse or accommodate us. Then I find out they have not had hot water for sometime yet they continue to take reservations. I wonder how they are washing linens and dishes!? It's fraud!!!

This hotel is in a great location but its better days are behind it. We have stayed at many Hamptons for many years and this one is simply not up to brand standards. Rooms are very small, furniture in our room was all tattered, and it had that musty smell of an old roadside motel. Housekeeping failed to visit our room and the apology from the front desk when I asked for fresh towels was far from heartfelt. This hotel should be torn down and rebuilt into a nice modern Hampton.
