I was a little worried due to the reviews that were left, but this was truly an overall wonderful experience! It was all done so FAST! I got in and out in less than 15 minutes (literally). I have shy veins and the phlebotomist on staff had no problems at all taking my blood! She talked to me through it, we even laughed! 5 stars! For any confusion on getting to the place, just take the elevator, go to floor 5, take a left, and its room 506! Easy peasy!

THIS IS ABOUT THE ALABASTER LOCATION IN THE HOSPITAL. CANNOT FIND THEM ON MAPS.
When I got there they said it was almost too late. I told her I got lost and they didn't answer the phone. She said THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE FOR PPL TO CALL. Remember that. They let me take the test but the woman was rushing me.
The automated system is trash. I said and spelled my name several times, even saying "L as in lemon" and all that. I guess because I don't have a Western European name even spelling it out still wasn't good enough. I kept saying "representative" and apparently that wasn't an option. I made the mistake of having a question that needed to be answered by a human. The customer service center said they can't make appointments. She said I needed the paper from the job. Got here and the woman said "Oh I don't need that." Don't pick these ppl if u don't have to. I will tell everyone I know not to use Quest Alabaster.
