I had a large amount of blood work that needed to be taken, and the lab technician worked quickly and efficiently. She was kind, gentle, and made sure that every one of the blood tests had been documented properly. It was one of the best lab experiences of my life. I will continue to use Quest Labs.

They are good at taking your blood, but they frequently do not receive orders that are sent to them. You have to bring a paper copy of the lab orders. They recently don't send the results to your doctor either. The results also won't be listed in your quest portal login. No one will talk to you when you call them, they just say visit the online portal. When I send a message through the portal, I never get a response; I've sent 4 over the last 5 months and still no reply.

The staff (Miyuki) was friendly and welcoming, and so good at their job that it didnt hurt at all when I gave four vials of blood
