Worst establishment ever. save your time and money and avoid this place at all costs. Construction on building is never ending and all tenants are actually getting kicked out for ten days with no re entry and no guarantee construction will be done in 10. I was notified 7 days before to get out with my only advice from my landlord being "stay with friends".

New Manager company ran by Patty is the best ever. The service and response surpasses expectations. I know some owners thought Gina was great but I understand she was fired for doing crooked things. Call Patty at management company on website.

Seminole Legends was wonderful for me as a graduate student! I could live on my own, it was quiet and Gina was very helpful and kind. A huge bonus for me was having a gated community with assigned parking so I didn't have to worry about my car getting towed! The pool was lovely and I love the little gazebo on the grounds. It's a great little spot to study overlooking Doak. As a student, you can't beat the location since it only takes a short walk to get to campus. Price was great considering it's a 1/1 literally right next to campus. One drawback is not having an in-unit washer and dryer, but I didn't mind walking to the laundry room or paying to wash since I had to on campus and in a lot of other apartments too. The units aren't huge, but they are plenty large enough for 1 person to live very comfortably with a full kitchen, bathroom with a tub, a living room, and a bedroom. Great closet space as well!

One of the worst experiences of my life. The unit we leased the apartment 376, was in a bad state when we moved in, broken shelves, dirty and with a musky smell that wouldnt get off the apartment no matter how many times we cleaned it, in addition to the mold that was in the unit. We told this to the owner and she couldnt care less.
We fixed it and cleaned it and still got charged from our security deposit, even though it says if its in a clean condition they wont charge you, thats a lie.
