        Absolutely poor customer service regarding tours and applying. I called once to request a tour and they said theyd get back to me for one next weekend. Never received a call back. Called again and they said theyd set one up this week. Never received a call. Then I asked if it was still available and they told me they were having an open house on March 25 that ends at 2pm. I show up at 1pm and there is no one there. I call them and they tell me sorry, they had another open house Monday with a bunch of people and someone signed the lease already. I was very set on this apartment and just needed to take a tour to make sure everything was okay to apply, but am now left frantically searching for an apartment since many others were taken while waiting for this one.
