Seriously one of the best student housing properties you can live at in Tallahassee Florida! Great staff and amazing management team. Dominick has always been super helpful in helping out in anything I’ve needed. Also their pool is 10/10

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The apartments are falling apart and the service is terrible. I had my apartment flooded several time and we weeks without working locks on my front door. If you could possible look past all of the terrible aspects of the complex and service the management is worse than the two combined. When moving out you will be met with a plethora of charges for no reason and the teenagers who run the front office have no idea what they are doing and are no help at all. The entire apartment is a money pit scratching for and money they can steal from residences.

Unbelievable. This place has not professional people to help. My daughter’s door key is not working. I call for help, first it was Vitoria who answered tried to get maintenance. The maintenance person (no name given to me) said to Vitoria it is an emergency . And Vitoria told me to sleep on a sofa. She even said for me to call lucky smith to open the door. Very unprofessional. Everything started around 1 am and right now is 3:10 am. My daughter and I are in the car very uncomfortable. I have to mention that a day ago I was at the hospital I need a surgery be done when I get back to coconut creek which is about 6:30 hours drive. I am sitting in my car with pain, nauseas, no med on my hand since it is in my daughter’s room. I need to leave no later than 7 am because I have to make on time to work. I am a nurse and I work night shift for the next 3 nights. Also my daughter has a cold she is coughing a lot and all her meds inside the room. I am very disappointed upset and frustrated with this place. No one helped. A lot disrespect to a parent that work hard to pay the bills specially the rent for my daughter. I though people would treat other with dignity. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to no one. And as soon as possible I will remove my daughter. . This place needs to update there emergency service at night since all the rooms have this kind of key. My daughter just move here on August her battery should be kind new. Anyone had this problem? My score for this place attendance help maintenance is 0.

Scam artists. Take pictures of everything when you move in because the management will try to charge you for stuff that is not your fault. They wanted to renovate the carpet in my room and tried to charge me for a tear in the carpet that had been there for 3 years (I am friends with the tenant that lived there before me and he confirmed it had been there since he had moved in). Furthermore, their pet deposit doesn’t pay for anything, just a useless charge that they force on you to steal more money from college kids. In my opinion their front office is ran by teenagers who frequently don’t have an answer for you and a manager who is more worried about what jacket he will wear then what his apartments look like. Their biggest selling point is a nice pool and subpar gym, but you’ll never be able to use either of them during the school year. Why you may ask? Because management does such a poor job at regulating who is at the pool that 99% of the people there do not live at redpoint. This apartment community is a joke, the management is awful, and the company model itself seems to be completely built around stealing money from college kids. Do not live here.
