Manger is so rude came in to check on job applications I have put in numerous of time online and paper. Today April 6 came in to check on application and the manager litterly started yelling at me for checking on the applications. He states that your checking on an application you put in months ago. I said yes sir I thought that was what you are supposed to do . He then says I never received any applications from you after yelling at me for putting in an application months ago and checking on it . I ask him what was the problem and why was he yelling at me he then stated that I was given him the run around after clearly he was the one given the run around and then says to get out of his store after I say i wouldn't want to work with someone that has so much anger issues. Don't believe me check your cameras . Auto zone was a great place it just keeps getting worse and worse . If the manager isn't perfestional the crew won't ever be either. Clearly making excuses and has no interest in customer service or being truthful. Auto zone was my go to place I have an account and everything. Spent thousands at this location. It is not to no interest of mine to ever go to this location ever again. I will go to keystone. April 6 2024 around 3 o'clock..

Great prices as they are cheaper than most other places but their customer service could use help or new staff. The people that were there before this set of people were great, smiling all the time, helping you with anything you needed. I wish I could think of the two guys names that I'm talking about but they were awesome!!! These guys there now just don't seem happy. Every time I ask for diagnostics to turn on my vehicle or something of the sort they act like they don't want to do it or it is a bother to them or their machines are broke. Also don't know too much it seems... I wish they had the old employees back. I broke down out front and the guy just didn't act like he wanted to help and was kind of rude about the fact that we couldn't leave the vehicle right there in front of the store. I used to only shop there but lately I've been going to advanced and O'Reilly's
