I went to store yesterday I bought a light bulb for my Hunday Santa Fe 2020 one of the guys try help me install it every was perfect suddenly the guy told me go inside ask for an exchange this light bulb is not good.I went inside the store and I spoke to the manager and told her I need it to exchange it due the bulb was not good she was rude start screaming at me she got her personal phone told me if I didn't leave the store she was calling the police she tried to grab me any walk me out of her store I am a senior citizen ex veteran I was treated like pice of dirt not fair I am still shocked and feel so sad got so upset she didn't see nothing wrong with and she going call police to leave her store very bad I felt like garbage some budy wanted to help she said not to come ever to her store again until a mechanic was there overheard and changed the bulb from my right side to left side it worked as nd he probes she was wrong all the way she was treating me calling cops for and exchange I need to get never go back there she the manager if she is on bad mood she will treat you like garbage.( Very bad customer service from her point of view when it comes to a part return.
