This branch is quite difficult to locate, I was walking around in circles and couldn't find it. The best way to find it is to enter the University Bookstore, then you climb the stairs and the US Bank branch is at the top of the staircase at your left side. It's very small btw, just an ATM and a cashier, but works for me. No wait time when I visited.

I rarely come to the U.S. Bank anymore. I do everything online. But when I do need to come here, they are very nice, but not always everything is going smooth.

I would give zero stars if possible. I opened a checking account in this branch using a promo code that I found on the bank's own website. No one asked me or said anything at that time about my eligibility for that promo. Furthermore, the branch manager himself, Levi, confirmed in a phone call ~1 month later that I was eligible and even went over the main requirement regarding the direct deposits. It was only ~2 months after opening the account and fulfilling all the requirements to earn the bonus that I was told by the branch employee who opened my account that it was a targeted offer and I would not qualify for the bonus. WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THIS AT THE TIME OF OPENING INSTEAD OF AFTER I COMPLETED ALL THE REQUIREMENTS? There is no government agency that will hold this incompetent branch accountable and greedy US Bank corporate is apparently too cash strapped to pay me a $500 bonus that I legitimately earned AND THEIR BRANCH EMPLOYEES TOLD ME I WAS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE!
No accountability, no integrity, incompetence, and disgraceful customer service... way to run a business.
