Great location, not happy with the marketing for their website as the room I chose with photos included was not what I received, and had to spend more to upgrade to what I originally thought I had chosen. HOWEVER, Anthony at receiving was absolutely the perfect person to handle this situation to the best HE could. He was efficient, quick, polite, and seemed to care about the frustration I had. All in all, Anthony made the trip worth it. I will be sending a thank you your way Anthony!!!

Great hotel in downtown Seattle. The restaurant and bar has good food and drinks. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Very clean.
Rooms: Clean, comfortable, and spacious
Safety: Theres a concierge right inside the door, greeting everybody that enters the building
Walkability: Easy walking distance to all downtown, Seattle, attractions and restaurants
Food & drinks: The restaurant/bar had good food and drinks. Nice patio for summertime visits.

Good location, hotel itself is also a good option
Walkability: It's very convenient to get anywhere. You can walk to Pike Place Market and the coast in a few minutes. You can also take the light rail to the University of Washington and the airport. If you're lucky, the exhibition hall is also nearby and just a short walk away.
