        Went in today for my usual banking needs. Late lunchtime. One teller. A couple staff at their desks helping people in line. There were 6 clients waiting in line to be helped. I was helped by Shamci. Maybe she had an off day, but she was cold, and had no personality. Not pleasant. Don't understand all the awards displayed behind her desk. I was not impressed.

        Awful. They do not operate within their terms and conditions. Their terms and conditions state that a stale-dated check is over 6 months old, they refuse to cash checks that are over 60 days old. They refuse to submit this payroll check for payment, and refuse to return this monetary instrument to me so I can have it cashed at another bank.
