Keith was very knowledgeable about the product I wanted and suggested some changes and worked with my GC for accurate installations.
Iqbal, was responsive and delivery of window as 2 weeks earlier than scheduled.
Definitely would recommend this business.

This 1 star review is due to their unresponsiveness. TLDR: No quote yet for replacing patio doors after 1+ month of me following up weekly. Do not recommend.
I submitted a form on their website beginning of March 2021 with a request for a quote to replace patio doors (which I've already measured) - no response until I sent another email to follow up.
On March 17, was told by Jennifer that salesman Brian will get back to me. A week goes by and no response until another follow up email from me which Jennifer replied again that Brian will be in touch once he has the quote.
Fast forward to March 22 (still no response) - sent a follow up email to both Jennifer + Brian to get pricing on April 5 - no response as of today (April 6).
If they're this unreliable and delayed (1+ month) with providing quotes on replacing patio doors, then can't imagine how they're to deal with with the actual ordering/installation/post-service. I'd not recommend them.

Purchasing windows and doors can be complicated which is why we highly recommend Murray Windows and Doors.  The team at Murray's is top notch and responsive from sales to service.  During the sales process we received the appropriate details to make an informed decision.  We purchased Fleetwood windows/sliders and Kolbe doors which are fantastic. Following the purchase the service team was proactive in providing an eta and scheduling the delivery.  One window arrived with a crack and Murray immediately facilitated a repair with the manufacturer.  Murray really stands behind the products they sell which is really important.  Special thanks to Carol the owner, Keith in Sales, Lisa / Kyle / Jenn for the service and Preston who was really helpful with on-sight tips/tweaks.  Definitely make sure to buy the screen package where they install at the end of construction.
