Marvin has high quality products but terrible customer service. We bought a bunch of product and then they shut the factory for a while, which is understandable except there was no communication. Zero. And then they finally shipped about 60 days late, and now it is 10 days past delivery date but they will not give us the information about who the shipper is, where it is, or when it will arrive. terrible customer service and poor attitude. My advise is pay more for another product. You will save in install costs. Marvin = terrible.
