We will never ever stay at this place again, when I saw it on line it says remodeled, yes some are but this is false advertising, when we arrived at the Nacogdoches Inn Town Suites, Efren said they didnt have a room ready for us, it was infested with roaches and very dirty I asked so from 12:00 p.m. ck out of the other person to 3:00 p.m. of our ck in no one could call to let me know? Apparently not, so we were taken to the 2nd floor for another room, to my horror that room smelled so horrible of cigarettes I almost gagged, the settee was torn and everything looked dirty and dinghy ( I reserved for a 2 bed room), so the gentleman called to this one on Perrin Beitel to see if there was a 2 bed room, my son even told him that he had worked at a hotel in Austin and the customer would be compensated to an upgrade when something like this happened, we were told we would have to pay extra and that we would have to go to the Perrin Beitel one to ck for availability, we went there and Joe at the front desk told me we could see a room, it was disgusting just like the first In Town Suites on Nacogdoches, I also asked why are we the ones having to do the run around and why couldnt they upgrade us to a remodeled one, he said the same as Efren, it would cost extra! My husband and son were on a work schedule and we could not keep looking for a hotel, this is so unbelievably unprofessional, so we stayed, paid over $400.00 for a week! When I asked about cleaning service and towels, I was told cleaning was on Thursday for our room, #234 above the office, towels we told they didnt want them back and didnt change/provide clean ones, we could take them with us, I personally did not want them but my dog could use them, the cleaning was never done, NOTHING! Our personal clothes and baggage were rummaged through, I went and complained to the office/Joe, he gave me a card with a number to send him pictures, I told him I took pics of everything before we left and coming back, I did, I got an error message that that number was invalid, I tried the other number on the card it went thru but the 2nd time I tried to send him pics of everything and roaches it said error again. So I hope Corporate reaches out to me, this was a horrible experience, I cleaned the kitchen everyday and before we left and took out the trash, hopefully it wasnt too much of a workout to clean the bathroom, do the beds and vacuum or sweep the room which we did every day! I have all the pictures if Corporate would like to see them!
