Liv was awesome, I have stayed at alot of hotels and Liv was by far the best. Housekeeping on the other hand was not good I asked for one of my rooms to be cleaned she said yes and left directly after that. Housekeeping should be checked before they can leave.

It fails in a majority of areas. The evening shift has a very nice staff. The day shift was less than helpful.
The keys failed several times. There is no microwave. The bathroom sink barely drains. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The breakfast food options got smaller every day I was there over 3 days. Honestly, it wasn't great to start with. At 8:30am only decaf coffee and hot water for 2 hours. When trying to checkout I could not get help. Two people in the back office just looked at me. Not a word. Then I saw about 4-5 workers emerge from the breakfast area. I think it is a staff game to ignore paying guests. So I guess I am glad i wass ignored since I discovered later how much higher the rate was for the extra day. I don't think they would have cared or been able to explain the difference. Punishing a guest and hiding is no way to win loyalty.
The good? A young lady named Liz Spahr. We had a problem with the room and she was very helpful with my disabled mother. She is the star at this hotel.
The tv worked fine. The refrigerator worked fine. The lights and temperature control worked fine. The room was overloaded with power options. Maybe the best i have ever seen in a hotel room of that size.
The worst thing i can say about a hotel is that i would not stay there again. And i would not stay at this hotel again.
