        We experienced a very friendly staff, with a hassle free check in, and a clean and updated room. We used them for an in town get away. The hotel was busy for a local conference, but nothing seemed rushed or hectic. We will definitely be using them again!

        This is my FIRST time EVER writing a review and its only because of the HORRIBLE service I received. First off there were ROACHES in my room. On the bed and crawling up the wall. Im not one to complain so I just waited to talk to the manager the following day thinking they would be accommodating. WRONG! I spoke with Cria and she told me my concerns were null invoid! That she needed to have a roach company come out and verify the roaches in a week or so!!!! WHAT??? And I asked once the roaches were verified what would be the resolution?? She said Oh I cant tell you that. In the most condescending tone! And then she began to laugh manically! And when I told her how unprofessional laughing at this matter was, she advised me that wasnt a laugh it was just a sneeze! I dont know about you but in all of my 45 years of living I have never heard of a sneeze sounding like HAHAHAHAAAA!! Im currently still waiting to hear back from her boss because this whole ordeal is UNACCEPTABLE to say the least!
