This location on Alpine is really starting to become a disappointment this is the second week in a row my reservation has been cancel with no explanation why!!!
After I call to confirm my reservation they call right before closing to tell me they have to cancel
Second time my trip has been cancel as well very upset customer

All of the service reps were most kind and courteous. Cameron was very helpful and took the time to explain everything on the Malibu!! Good thing he did, because I would have been worried about the auto shut off turn on feature at the stop lights. THANK YOU SO MUCH CAMERON!!! And a big thank you to the drivers that picked us up and took us back. I will be using Enterprise car rental for all of my car rentals!

I recently rented a compact car at the Rockford IL East State St location, the requested pickup ride was already waiting for me (a first) when I stepped off the O'hare bus transportation, smooth, trouble free rental week after that.
