This is the absolute worst apartment complex i've ever lived in. To start, there is constant theft that the office does absolutely nothing about. Huge trees fall over the road and on top of car ports. Two in the same day! Then it took the office days to clear the huge trunks from the road! The male manager is very unprofessional in the way he speaks to residents. The only thing they every do anything about is noise complaints which don't mean much because you can hear the neighbors whisper through the thin walls. The pest problem is very bad, not roaches but very dangerous spiders..even sent me to the ER. Overall the only reason I am here now is because I have no where else to go but I am counting down the days until I can finally leave. I can definitely see why all the older guests adore the place considering that's the only type of resident who gets any respect. Only positive thing I can say is sara was a very nice lady but there's no niceness that could overshadow the unprofessionalism from the other manager.

Hi my name is Kiki and I've been a valued resident for about 2 1/2 years here I've read some of the reviews on here and I'm absolutely baffled, my mouth is wide open because I can't believe some of the things that were said about this place... Management has been nothing but understanding helpful, and is always readily available to help with anything that I may need... Maintenance is wonderful often at times I feel like extended family! MICHAEL, SARAH, and FALLON are absolute SWEETHEARTS! Truly a family oriented place most neighbors look out for each other and a great environment to raise children the property may not have lots of amenities but with the park right across the street I really don't see the point in complaining and I have four small children and pregnant with the fifth! Your sweet peas keep up the good work I would recommend my place to anyone

Rented here for 9 years. Changed Management once, still great.
I would highly recommend Canyon Village Apartments.
Excellent management and very prompt and professional maintenance! They-do care about giving 100% it shows.
I felt very safe being a single lady living by myself there.
Also I saw a review about someone crying about cars being towed.
My response would be is to not let them park in non assigned areas.
Once I had a friend come over to visit.
When she went to leave her car wasnt there. She had parked where she wasnt suppose to.
I chipped in with her to get her car out of impound.
Lesson learned.
Anyways long story short,
Canyon Crest Village Apartments is
Top notch in my experience for 9 years.
Hope management and office are still all there. They were the best.
