We need support from our communities to continue to meet the daily needs of hundreds of women and men struggling with substance abuse and homelessness. Your donations and purchases will give hope, help and a second chance at life to those who need our help the most.

      image This thrift store is more expensive than purchasing new items at retail stores. Not ok. Salvation Army thrift stores have drastically changed. I'll just go to Ross instead! Goodwill had always had a poor reputation and SA was known for being a great deal. Not anymore; now they're both ridiculous. If I wanted to make a donation to SA, I'll just donate. But lower income members of our community depend on thrift stores for their basic clothing and household needs. Instead of being a win-win, shopping here is just making a full donation to SA, as most items are priced more than purchasing them new elsewhere. So I'll just do that from now on. What a tragedy.
      Whoever is making these decisions, to totally change the pricing after all these years... You've really blown it. The Winchester store is already closed... Are you trying to shut this one down too?

Our Supporters shop with us for a variety of reasons: those on budgets or even others looking for vintage or hard-to-find items. Lots of resellers shop with us and find unbelievable treasures. Many people are making the switch to shop resale rather than large retailers in an effort to cut back on waste and live a more sustainable lifestyle. In any case, we are glad we can provide such a wide range of shoppers with 1,000's of unique items arriving daily to choose from. We do everything we can to provide affordable, quality items at reasonable prices. I will share your feedback with our retail operations management team.
