I am so disappointed regarding the handling of my recent appointment at your branch. Despite scheduling an appointment for 9:00 AM on, I was extremely disappointed when no representative showed up until 9:15 AM.
I have left the building without having a service. I found this lack of adherence to the scheduled appointment time highly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.

The location for this bank is very weird as there are only a handful of businesses around. However the bank is very accessible, on the George Bush Turnpike, Richardson, Dallas, TX.
I had an appointment the following day, however I walked-in a day in advance and the staff were very cordial and got my account opened in few hours. The VP here Mrs. Val has assisted me in getting my account done and also setting up the chase application & zelle.
