        My login stopped working. Will not recognize my user name when attempting password reset, will not recognize my on record phone number nor will it send reset instructions to my on record email address. Nobody answers the customer service number nor makes a callback. Be ready NCU because I'm closing this account Monday morning.

        They really love you and bend over backwards as long as I had several hundred grand and many paid loans. Things got rough for me, I got sick work slowed and the accounts got neglected, suddenly their tone changed and when I asked for some help with the FOURTY SIX over draft fees to get things back on track the told me to kick rocks... what a shame, because my little issue is temporary. Obviously I'll be giving my business to the folks who I've gotten to know that would step up and do whats right.

        If I could give zero stars I would. The most technology-inept bank I've ever worked with. Moving money is an act of congress, customer support is terrible and after waiting hours for someone to answer at that. Never using this bank again -- you make it too difficult on your customers. You should make it simple to receive money -- seems like a good business idea.

        Rude, very slow and a 3005 sign with no security. What a terrible place to do business so I closed my account and will take my business to a place that makes life easier not more difficult.

        If the system loses your password and you try to get a temporary one online. It never happens! Tried six times; three in morning and three in afternoon hours. Tried the next day 3 times then called Nick the android operator who often can't understand English, hate to think what happens if English is your second language. Nick finally got to a person she and I changed my password. I then did business and the next day again my new password does not work! Worse today 9/28/23 online system fails to send text for password failure, online robot Nick prompts don't work, go in person to the branch and they can not find a reason that I don't get txt. Bank person tried it and it still did not text. My phone must be the problem, my other bank does not have any trouble texting.
