Sunflower Bank

The staff at this bank are amazing, always accomodating and always going above and beyond. I actually moved away after a few years of banking at this branch and I refuse to leave the bank because of their staff. The branch manager and assistant Manager will take care of you like you are their only customer. the rest of the staff is always caring and willing to give you that personalized service.

This has to be the absolute worst bank in world. The tellers or branch manager are clueless and dont care.

I drove across town to cash a check from a friend who banks here. The bank charged me $8 because I do not have an account with Pioneer Bank (a bank with only 2 locations in DFW). If the purpose is to attract new customers who live 20+ miles away from the nearest location, they are not doing themselves any favors. The woman at the counter was very polite and courteous.

This bank provides excellent customer service, far superior to the big bank I have been using for 30 plus years. The personal care they give, to make banking as easy as possible, Im hooked on Pioneer Bank! Thank you Melody and her excellent staff for helping me make the move!
