        Update April 2024: Atm's don't work again! The Downtown branch closes the ATM's early. This Woodside branch has non working atm's the screen says to go to a Safeway miles away or to Palo Alto! Avoid this bank if you need anything asap. Another horrible experience. The atm's never work at the Woodside Location. Last week I waited and tried to use one of the three but it wasn't accepting deposits. Ok. This week, the one that work is "out of order", tried a second one it wasnt taking deposits. When it's a hassle to make a deposit which benefits the bank you know you have a problem. It feels like a second rate bank. Be warned.

        This branch is the worst. Always super busy, always understaffed, always late for appointments, and unapologetic about all of it. However, staff is generally friendly.
