The team here are so very helpful and patient. I worked with Daniel and then Sean, but everyone I encountered was very pleasant. Together, they fixed a complicated, persistent yearlong issue I was having with T-Mobile for Business, in just two visits. Very grateful!

Waited 30 minutes for help from the one employee in the store but he was on the phone the entire time. There was a homeless man sitting by the door the entire time watching videos on speaker for the whole time I was waiting. Left without receiving any help.

I had called the T-Mobile store the day before, and I had spoken to T-Mobile e, Daniel, the T-Mobile expert, about installing a new screen protectors on both of my Samsung Galaxy smartphones. I was not able to go in on that day. I went into the same store I had called the next day. Daniel was there, and he had been the expert whom I had spoken to the day before. Daniel knew exactly what to do, and they were extremely knowledgeable about installing the T-Mobile Go To Flex curved screen protector on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G smartphone. He placed the order to have a screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy A53 5G to be mailed to me to with the standard option of being able to return to a T-Mobile store to have a T-Mobile expert install the screen protector, too which is a Pure Gear screen protector. I am extremely satisfied with the service I had received there. He even offered the table where there was a chair, where I could sit down there, too! Thank you, T-Mobile, and thank you Daniel. Daniel is a T-Mobile store expert rock, and they rock!

T-Mobile gets a hard "no" from me. 7 months of broken Internet. Phone broke on vacation and T-Mobile refused to fix it. Phone remains broken to the point where I can barely make calls from my apartment. I have driven all over town with a router multiple times. Explained to the tech department what a SIM card is. Absolutely bananas. This is highway robbery. Do not get T-Mobile Internet under any circumstances. This store in particular gets a one star review because I had a new phone ordered. Called T-Mobile multiple times to make sure my phone would be accepted for the exchange. 2 hours of pontificating about if my screen might have a crack, and the conclusion was that I would have to come back when a manager was present. Keep in mind I have been on the phone with T-Mobile every day since FEBRUARY and have been to multiple stores. It's basically an unpaid part time job at this point. Today, the door was locked midday. There are 2 people being helped. I have already lugged this router to several meetings across Portland. I actually had to leave (because surprise surprise: I have a job that I get paid for) and I asked when I left if I could leave the router. I was told no at first and that I would have to bring it with me and come back. They did eventually accept it, but I saw the worker who accepted it drop it on the table. If I am charged for damages, I will be beyond infuriated. Can't wait to switch providers and stop hearing T-Mobile beg me for a second chance like a toxic ex. You had your chance over 2 years. To the consumers: there is an Apple, Verizon, and AT&T store within a 5 block radius from this store. Please make a better choice--this store isn't it.
