NW Scrubs

I went with NW Scrubs because I like to keep my business as local as possible. Sorry to say that NW Scrubs has not earned my return business. Order was placed online on November 13th. When confirmation email was not received in five business days, I called to check the status. Received an email two days later, November 24th, that stated my order was being "processed" and should be arriving some time next week. If you've got three weeks to wait for your order then by all means, this is your company. Walking to Portland to pick up my order personally would have been faster than utilizing their online webpage and shipping service. I won't be back.

I've been here on two separate occasions and had terrible experience. They do not honor the online promotions or student discount that are both offered at the 185th location. The lady is unable to keep up her supply and is currently sold out of sizes since CHRISTMAS! it's currently end of January! I will stop trying here.

This is a very nice store! The staff are very nice & they have good quality scrubs. The only complaint I have is that they don't carry very many large sizes. Other wise its a good store
