Don't do business with these people. They only care about getting you hooked on a auto-renewing contract! They couldn't care less about customer service! I've spent months trying to get them to even acknowledge my complaints!

Dont ever use them, they say theyre after customer satisfaction but they truly dont care about the customer other than that theyre under contract. If you want to cancel their services before they can auto renew you have to notify them 3 months before the renewal date, but theyll drag their feet until its too late. Weve tried talking to customer service and local supervisors and all they have to say is that we signed the auto renewal contract. On top of that, their rags are very poorly maintained. We regularly and consistently receive rags that have metal shavings in them, are torn/have holes in them, and are stuck together due to silicone or other adhesives. After talking to other shops who use alsco, and reading through the multitude of other negative reviews, this seems to be common practice with them and its down right criminal.
