        Sue Arsenault and her Align caregiving team provided wonderful and compassionate support and care to my sister for almost two years. They were most attentive to her needs, and I felt very comfortable knowing that she was in good and caring hands. I recommend them highly.

        Not enough hours at all especially with the way the economy is you cant be only giving people 6 hours a week then blame me for changing my days of availability , before you guys hired me you said yea yes we have plenty of hours you guys lied and lied about giving me more hours.please Dont work here.

        Align was terrific to work with. It is not easy to find really good caregivers in this time, but Align built a very solid team for us. The individual team members understood and appreciated my husband. They brought a lot of experience with dementia and care to their work. They were uniformly cheerful and upbeat -- which is so important. Align as a small company is very well organized, responsive to scheduling changes/needs, etc. And they handled the relationship with Long Term Care, which was important in our case, removing a real logistical challenge that I would otherwise have had to deal with. So... Top rating from me.

      Madeline, we very much enjoyed having you as a part of our team and we are sorry to see this poor review of our company. Available hours depends on many factors such as the caregivers availability, preferences of clients, location, skill level and communication with the office. Because of the frailty of our clientele, hours can ebb and flow but we ALWAYS strive to keep our caregivers working and well matched with our senior clients.
