The therapist I worked with seemed horribly inexperienced, and fixated on things that weren't relevant to what I was going through. Their account services also took payments from me after my business with them had already concluded.

Have you ever been ghosted by a therapist? If thats something you want to try absolutely give them a shot. I was supposed to have an appoint a month ago. It never happened. I have called and left Several messages and now Im just done. Do NOT recommend. .

Very professional and responsive company. Highly recommend them. They are able to get DEEP evals done quickly.

Dude at front desk was great. Otherwise they do not answer phones, do NOT give grace period. And are not reasonable people. Counselor was very condescending and rude. She had to have the last word. Counselor canceled on me, and told me I still had to pay. Arrived and waited 10 minutes for someone to even come to desk. Would not recommend.

They create a false narrative of helping and caring but when it comes down to it they're not dependable at all. If you're looking for certain services specially dependent on mental/emotional health go anywhere else but here!
