        We hired Jennifer and her crew when my mom was recovering from spontaneous pelvic and spinal fractures. It has made all the difference in her quality of life since then. As she has improved, the amount of care we needed has changed and they have been flexible and understanding. The care, support, smiles and reliability they provide has brought both my parents peace of mind and happiness. We feel so lucky that Individual Care is part of all of our lives, and working with them has been a joy.
