Cute young upbeat girl at front desk was great! Room was wonderful location fantastic great customer service fantastic price. It's almost unreal to find a deal this good

I booked 1 night for a few hours of sleep before an early flight. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking here - however, the construction, cat pee smell, and dirty carpets were not the worst part of my experience. After checking out, I noticed an additional $50 charge to my room. I called to investigate the charge - I was told this charge was for a dirty washcloth (the employee confirmed it was a washcloth that had makeup on it) After questioning this protocol, I was told that because it was just 1 washcloth, they would reduce the charge to $25. Overall, the woman was dismissive and unhelpful in helping me understand this charge. A call from cooperate and a week later, nothing has changed. As someone who has worked for hotels and hospitality groups, this is a highly concerning protocol. Does the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson not have the equipment to properly clean towels and sheets? If you've stayed here, check your bank statements!
