I love working here My take on the ppl is that they are very friendly, helpful and kind...in which we all could use in our own personal life.

The rooms are nice, but they have forgotten how to use the vacuum and wash the floors with water! Security doesnt watch the building very well There was a homeless car parked in the parking lot and the guy was taking a pee in the parking lot and security walked right past. Disgusting! We complain to the front desk and the manager, Kelly just made excuses about everything. Security came and talked to us and said they handled the situation. Unfortunate that a customer has to bring it to their attention. we watched housekeeping walk past garbage that was on the ground twice and finally we picked it up in front of them to prove a point. Sad for people who pay a lot of money to be part of this membership. we pay a lot of money in dues each month to not worry about these kind of situations.
