        My husband went in with a problem with the SIM card on his phone and was assisted by a wonderful AT&T representative, Kiara. She was able to work it out so he could get a brand new phone with no impact on the budget. He experienced some difficulty removing the security protection from his existing phone and she patiently took time, even calling Apple, until the issue was resolved. Kiara is a wonderful ambassador for AT&T and the reason, if you are an existing customer or need a new phone, you should visit this store and see Kiara. She is personable, professional and extremely helpful and she has a genuine and sincere smile that will make your day better. Thank you Kiara for your help today!
