T-Mobile - Closed

There are 3 T-mobile stores in Oviedo and zero reason to visit this location (visited 8/11). Rude, unknowledgdable and unhelpful. Alafaya wood and red bug locations are much better choices.

Special shout out to the employees in the store! Especially Carlos who spent a good deal of time making sure that everything was set up properly and to my satisfaction. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and most importantly they are all patient. These guys are top notch! Thank you!

This has been my third time to the store. All of their employees have been friendly helpful courteous. I feel very comfortable asking them for help when I don’t understand what’s going on with my phone. They offer great suggestions and they don’t push for a sale of anything- just introduced you to what is available and if you say no they are still as friendly and helpful as they were before they offered it. Gisele has been very friendly and helping me today. I Plan on returning to this store for all of my T-Mobile needs they wonderful!!!
