We are very happy with Schwab. All of our ATM fees are refunded, from any ATM worldwide. Our brokerage questions are answered in terms we can easily understand. And James Griffin has gone above and beyond in making sure we have everything we need. We will be lifelong customers.

Called 7 times trying to get a human on the phone about a possible event I was invited to that they are hosting. Well after trying 7 times, can't get anyone on the phone, it keeps going to Colorado and they have no idea and asks me to keep calling.
Sad that I had money invested with these people and cant get a human being on the phone from this branch
