My friend, whom isn't well, wanted to have a roof estimate notarized, and the bank had her sitting and waiting for hours while two bank representatives waited on one person. One bank representative was actually working and the other was sitting have a social conversation nothing to do with banking. The service at this Bank of America location is horrible!  Simply horrible. Never will I come to this location again. I'll stick to the location in my neighborhood, Bayhill. I give this location 10 thumbs down.

Branch is so ghetto ! They open the drive thru whenever they feel like it. Ismael the Branch Manager lets his tellers have an attitude and talk down on people because the tellers dont want to speak up.
