If I could give zero stars I would, if you need anything by appt it's at least 3-4 weeks, forget weekend appts because they are over 2 months out of you want one, they have ZERO grace period on appts. I have a newborn, I was running 10 mins late and they wouldn't take me, zero understanding zero compassion and zero customer service skills. our overworked, depressive healthcare system is better at understanding that working with the customer is better than turning them away. Don't go to this run down, sorry excuse of a bank. Whoever is managing it clearly is very bad at what they do. HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES!!!!

There are one teller working for over 30 customers in line. Its outdated, slow and they have no care for the customer. I usually do everything online but some things you cant. Thats why I have to come in but Ill never come to this one again.

Super slow, always 2 or 3 windows open on busy days with over 30 people waiting even though there's always 6 workers just walking around and they love to take breaks right when they're the busiest and about to close 0 out of 5
