        Needed some help with a return shipment today and the guy with a very impressive and fancy mustache went above and beyond to help me. He was far more helpful than he needed to be and I appreciated it so much. Highly recommend shipping at this location.

        The guy was absolutely NO HELP, what so ever. It wasn't even busy at the time I walked in from the moment I left. My phone service was horrible in the building too and I had to get a code to return a package. On their door, there was WIFI information. So, I tried logging into their WIFI and it wouldn't let me. After messing around with trying to get this scan bar for them for 10 minutes, the guy tells me they no longer have any internet or WIFI for customers or employees for whatever reason. I'll have to change locations, now.

        "Kalandra" refused to allow me to purchase the size box I needed, and kept insisting on an upsell. She would absolutely not take no for an answer so to get my package sent, I had to give in. Her attitude was horrible.
