Had a problem with my toilet and they had a Plumber (Daulton) out within a half hour of my call. He fixed the problem, was very professional and friendly and left my bathroom cleaner than when he came. I also did a water heater flush which he handled with no problems. Well Done!

Never again. First of all the installers are great. But I was charged $648 in labor to replace a water heater they installed that is four years old and still under warranty. It leaked everywhere and ruined hundreds of dollars of our things that we had to throw out. Called for an explanation about the cost and they still want $500+. I'm sorry that's rediculous and I was not told the cost when I scheduled the service call. Especially knowing the person doing the actual labor is getting a very small piece of that. Installation also took longer than it should because the original installer did not take a picture of the serial number for the warranty. New installer had to come here to get the number and then leave to get the replacement water heater. More like Ripoff Boy.

AWFUL OWNER! Any reviews before 2018 are the old owners - who were great. Mike Taylor & the new ownership is absolutely awful people. No morals or ethics, zero honesty or professionalism. Should NOT be in business or doing plumbing work. Caused significant water damage to my home & refused to cover the costs, leaving me to figure out how to cover thousands in repairs and bills. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!
