Cooper's Water

Mike came out and was able to identify the 2 main issues with our softener and get them resolved so we'd get another expected 2 years out of the unit. He was informative and cordial. Having home systems break is always annoying, but Mike and Cooper's Water Conditioning made it as painless as possible.

My water softener stopped working and Coopers came right away to inspect and give options to address. I ended up replacing my old unit and Paul came out within two days to install the new unit and do a few other minor plumbing fixes. Paul was professional, thorough, and did great work. Coopers was extremely reasonable for what appears to be excellent equipment with a great warranty. Ill definitely use Coopers again.

When living in the Westfield/Carmel area, hard water is expected. Moved into a new house and needed a water softener. Coppers was very timely and Paul was knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great experience from start to finish. Doug was very thorough and helped us get the process started. He was friendly and responded quickly when contacted. Paul installed our water softener. He was very professional, helped trouble shoot an installation we had, and clearly explained all we needed to know about our new system. We are very happy with our overall experience and highly recommend them!
