I worked here for quite some time. Joe johnson is the biggest con artist I have ever worked for. Al vanover does a terrible job at running the service department. He will curse and degrade his employees and the customers. Dont work here unless you want to be sued when you leave to better your life. Scum of the earth run this business. Call another plumbing company and get the job done right without being robbed of your money

The guy on the phone was helpful and informative. The guys that came out did a great job and were friendly. It was not an easy job for them, but they got my septic drain clean and clear.

The service from Drainman is amazing. We rely on them for all of our service calls. We get prompt courteous service and their techs are knowledgeable and pleasant, despite the things they work on.
