Beware of the fees and your security deposit.
Only stayed there for 6 months. They charge late fee twice even after drop of the rent on 1st day of the month. Did the move out carpet cleaning from peerless and still they deduct it from our security deposit. Everytime when we inquire about it from the management,they asked for more time to do their research without giving any reason.

Maintenance people are super cool, came out and fixed the sink within a super short time of being notified. They were in and out, got the sink fixed up, and were very friendly. Real nice people, I appreciate your guys hard work!

The office staff is top notch: Brandi will do everything within her power to make things happen for you. Jessica is the-follow-up queen, if she doesn't have the answer, she will get one for you. Abby is new and very personable, willing to listen and to assist. So, I have NO complaints as far as the office staff NOR of maintenance (Mr. Pete) goes. BUT when it comes to the rail car for what is supposed to be for discarded furniture only, it only gets emptied once a week (if that) and is usually running over with trash & garbage (food) bags, at least 5 (five days) or more out of each week. A twice-a--week (Tuesdays & Fridays) change out would probably eliminate this issue, but evidently the owner or management doesn't care that those of us whose apartments it is parked in front of are left to feel like we live at or in the dump most days. I keep my blinds closed most of the time to avoid looking at it. Just imagining what it will smell like out on the balcony when the temperatures climb this summer!! UUUgghh!
