As a U.S. Military Army Brat, my family had the honor of living in Germany, where apartments were located above enticing shops & businesses. Styron Square at Port Warwick brings all that & so much more here to the United States. Whether you're looking to buy a home, condo, or rent an apartment. THIS COMMUNITY HAS SO MUCH TO OFFER!!! It has been approximately 5 months since I moved to Styron Square Apartments here at Port Warwick, and have not regretted one moment of my decision to make it my Forever Home. My little Doxie & I have found this Port Warwick community to be the friendliest ever! Our walks out on the Square are wonderful, and were looking forward to the concerts this Summer. My little dog & I recently set out on a new adventure, and have found our Forever Home here at Port Warwick. Tracey, the Manager, went up & beyond to make this transition happen. Her Staff & Associates are absolutely amazing! A heartfelt THANK YOU to Tracey, Annette, Glynesse, Kaitlyn, Caleb, James & Andrew. (Sorry if I missed anyone!) If you are searching for that special place to call home (with a security regime, an A+ Doorman, nice neighbors & amenities!), then I highly recommend Styron Square at Port Warwick. It will be a decision youll never regret.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. The customer service is terrible. Not professional!!! I was inquiring about a 3 bedroom apartment that leasing consultant Reizna is rude. I stopped by the leasing office to give her my application and my information and I was asking when I would be notified about the apartment and she sighs and rolls her eyes and says I mean I don't know I have to see when it come available. She interrupted me 3 different times when I was trying to talk. This place needs a class on customer service!!!!

I called to inquire about corporate apartments. Let's just say the young lady I spoke with couldn't answer any questions. Every other word was "I mean" or huffing and puffing. Ex, I don't know, I mean, I have to check, huff and puff, I mean, we could have had corporate apartments, I mean, huffing and puff...I can take your information and call you back because...long pause I mean, huff and puff. I did not get a call back. This property need to educate their staff and provide training in customer service.

I was going to rent a 2 or 3 bed apartment here and pay the entire year up front. However, I feel the business owner's responses are petty and immature. If the review is not accurate than it can be removed properly from the website

My fiancé and I lived in these apartments for 10 months until we moved into a home. Rather than break our lease we paid on the last two months of our lease while not living there. I went back and cleaned and made sure the apartment was in great shape when we left. When our lease ended  in the first week of October 2022 I did a walk through with property management and was told everything looked great. Then I did not hear from them for months until January 2023. They advised that we owed them over $500 dollars for a carpet replacement. After talking to them about this they informed me that the carpet was damaged/dirty and had to be replaced. The carpet was replaced 3 days before we initially moved into the apartment and was supposed to last at least 5 years. My fiancé and I do not have kids, pets and we do not smoke. We only lived in the apartment for 10 months yet the carpet was so bad it had to be replaced. I could not even fight this because they did not tell me until three months after it had been replaced that it was our responsibility. Before I Willis have recommended this apartment complex to people, thinking the reviews were probably one off instances but now I know that's not the case. This whole move out and replacing carpet is a scam that this property is running. You can look under the google reviews as well for a person who reviewed the same experience. I do not recommend living here for this reason. The best part of this complex was the doorman James! I can only say good things about him and all of the help he provided.
