Who can tell me who to contact about renting a apartment in Conolial Crossing? I drove by stopped at what I thought was the rental office and there is literally no office on site or anyone for me to speak to.

I am giving Colonial Crossing two stars. I love my home and the area but the HOA Association does not take care of the area. Grass is left on the sidewalks after lawn care, they do not keep the hedges cut. There is not a caretaker to keep the area free of debris. However, the front areas grass and grounds are always cut and free of debris. The curves are in need of repair, the play area is old and worn out with a broken entrance gate, the fence in several areas have holes and planks missing. The garbage areas are a health hazard. The garbage company tears the area down by hitting the sides, leaving holes or just torn down completely. More garbage on the ground than in the garbage facility. Something is leaking at two of the apartment buildings which prevents residents from using the sidewalk. Also, you cant use the sidewalks in several areas because shrubbery has grown over the walkway. Screens need replacing on several apartment units. I could go on and on.
